This policy explains what Alera Advisory Group ("we") collects through aleraadvisory.com, how it's used, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, email, company, role, and whatever you tell us about your needs, to respond and scope the work.
- Consultations are booked on Calendly, which collects what you enter there under its own privacy policy.
Like every website, our host receives standard technical information when you visit (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.
How we use it
Only to answer you, deliver what you asked for, run the site, and keep it secure. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who helps us
We use these service providers, who handle your information only to do that job for us:
- Supabase: storing inquiries
- Resend: emailing inquiries to our team
- Calendly: booking consultations
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't use advertising pixels or third-party tracking cookies.
Children
This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can unsubscribe from any email at any time. Contact us at lakeisha@aleraadvisory.com. We won't treat you differently for asking. California residents have these rights under California law, and we honor them for everyone.
How long we keep it, and security
We keep messages and records only as long as needed for the purpose you gave them to us, or as the law requires, then delete them. Access is limited to the people who need it, and all traffic to this site is encrypted.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date above.
